Terms of Service

These terms apply to the overall use of the internet site services operated by Life & Science Co., Ltd.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of ROBOTORI EDU and users when using the services provided on the ROBOTORI EDU website.

Article 2 (Definitions)

Unless otherwise defined in this article, the terms used in these terms shall be as defined in relevant laws and the guidance of each service.
a. "User" refers collectively to any person, including members, who accesses the ROBOTORI EDU website and uses the services provided by ROBOTORI EDU in accordance with these terms.

Article 3 (Display and Revision of Terms)

  1. (1) ROBOTORI EDU may revise these terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms, the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, the Digital Signature Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
  2. (2) When ROBOTORI EDU revises these terms, it shall specify the effective date and reason for revision and notify the current terms on the website's main page from at least 7 days before the effective date until the day before the effective date.
  3. (3) The revised terms shall apply from the effective date, and matters that occurred prior to the revision shall be governed by the previous terms. However, if a user explicitly expresses a desire to be bound by the revised terms within the notification period specified in (3), the revised terms shall apply.
  4. (4) Matters not specified in these terms shall be governed by applicable laws and customary practices.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

ROBOTORI EDU provides the following services to users:
a. All information related to ROBOTORI EDU is provided on the ROBOTORI EDU website.

Article 5 (Service Interruption)

  1. (1) ROBOTORI EDU may temporarily suspend services in case of maintenance, replacement, or failure of computer or information and communication facilities, or interruption of communication.
  2. (2) ROBOTORI EDU is not responsible for any damages incurred by users or third parties due to temporary service interruption as defined in (1), except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by ROBOTORI EDU.

Article 6 (Privacy Protection)

ROBOTORI EDU makes every effort to protect users' personal information, including registration information, in accordance with relevant laws. Regarding the protection of users' personal information, it follows relevant laws and the "ROBOTORI EDU Privacy Policy" separately established by ROBOTORI EDU.

Article 7 (Obligations of ROBOTORI EDU)

  1. (1) ROBOTORI EDU shall not engage in acts prohibited by law or contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide continuous and stable services and information in accordance with these terms.
  2. (2) ROBOTORI EDU shall make reasonable efforts to equip security systems to protect members' personal information so that members can safely use internet services and email services.
  3. (3) ROBOTORI EDU will not send commercial advertising emails if members explicitly refuse to receive them.
  4. (4) ROBOTORI EDU is not responsible for issues caused by members’ faults, service interruptions, or websites linked on this site for user convenience, except as otherwise provided in these terms.

Article 8 (Obligations of Users)

Users must not engage in the following actions:
a. Providing false information in inquiries or education applications
b. Arbitrarily modifying information posted on ROBOTORI EDU without permission
c. Transmitting or posting information other than what is permitted by ROBOTORI EDU
d. Unauthorized use of works on the ROBOTORI EDU website, infringing on the intellectual property rights of ROBOTORI EDU or third parties
e. Damaging the reputation or disrupting the work of ROBOTORI EDU or third parties
f. Posting obscene, violent, or otherwise immoral messages, images, or sounds on the ROBOTORI EDU website

Article 9 (Copyrights and Restrictions on Use)

  1. (1) Copyrights and other intellectual property rights of works created by ROBOTORI EDU, including the website, belong to ROBOTORI EDU.
  2. (2) Users may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or allow third parties to use information obtained from the ROBOTORI EDU website for commercial purposes without explicit prior consent from ROBOTORI EDU. Users are responsible for compensating all damages to ROBOTORI EDU resulting from violations of this provision.

Article 10 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

  1. (1) Lawsuits related to disputes between ROBOTORI EDU and users shall be filed at the competent court of ROBOTORI EDU or a court mutually agreed upon by the parties.
  2. (2) These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
